Job summary

A leading tech firm is seeking a compliance leader to ensure adherence to security and AI regulations. The role involves acting as the main point of contact for customer trust, working closely with Legal and Privacy teams, and translating regulatory expectations into effective practices. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in similar roles, a solid understanding of relevant regulations, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Greater London and offers a flexible benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security compliance, privacy, or regulatory roles in SaaS, fintech, or AI companies.
• Deep experience with EU regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, DORA, and EU AI Act.
• Demonstrated ability to operate globally understanding diverging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of accountability for customer trust enablement.
• Contribute to AI Governance including building guardrails to align with regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on compliance integration.

Skills
