Job summary

JPMorganChase in London is seeking an AI/ML Governance Control Manager to oversee governance, risk, and controls for the ICB CDAO. You will partner with Technology, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and Operational Risk to drive remediation and global programs, delivering strong governance across risk identification, assessment, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML governance and model lifecycle oversight.
• Strong knowledge of model risk management and controls.
• Familiarity with AI regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Background in operational risk, audits, and control remediation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive closure.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Comfort with agile/digital delivery and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own AI/ML governance risk and control view across ICB CDAO.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of governance control issues and remediation.
• Run governance routines, forums, and executive updates on performance.
• Define control expectations, testing approaches, and evidence standards.
• Partner to deliver consistent risk practices across lines of defense.
• Align with policies, standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Drive control environment enhancements across geographies.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory exam responses for ICB CDAO.
