Job summary

You will write high‑quality Python code, aim for reliability and low latency, and deploy solutions such as voice agents or document processors at scale.

Must be fluent in Portuguese and English; the role offers hybrid working arrangements and a strong focus on modern MLOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering moving models from research to production.
• Strong Python coding with SOLID/DRY and testing.
• Hands-on PEFT, LLM training cycles, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune LLMs for domain tasks.
• Build high-performance inference pipelines.
• Develop real-time AI pipelines using WebSockets and SSE.
• Deploy models within containerized microservice architectures with CI/CD.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to bridge business and technical requirements.
