Job summary

Circana is seeking a Deployment & Client Experience Specialist to drive global deployment and adoption of the Liquid AI Solutions suite. You will refine deployment tooling, processes, and playbooks while coordinating with Technical, Client Configuration, Client Success, Engagement, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in client deployment, client success operations, product operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in global, cross-functional environments supporting SaaS or tech solutions preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using JIRA.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client feedback into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deployment Enablement & Process Optimization: Develop, maintain, and improve global tooling, processes, and playbooks.
• Voice of Customer (VOC) Management: Manage and triage ongoing global client feedback across the Liquid AI Solutions suite.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between Technical, Client Configuration, Client Success, Engagement, and Support teams globally.
• Project & Release Management: Manage and track workstreams in JIRA, support release readiness activities.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver training to global teams on Liquid AI Solutions, deployment playbooks, and issue resolution practices.
