Job summary

Avon is seeking a Global Affiliate Lead to drive growth and evolution of its affiliate and creator programme on a global scale. You will connect creators, customers, publishers, and partners across markets, delivering measurable results while partnering with Digital Commerce, Paid Media, Brand, CRM, and local teams.

You’ll own strategy, recruitment, and activation, building scalable programs and tools to accelerate growth and advocacy in the social commerce landscape.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate, or partnerships, ideally in beauty, retail or DTC
• Proven track record recruiting, activating and retaining creator and influencer networks, and turning those relationships into measurable revenue
• Hands‑on experience running or scaling an affiliate programme end to end: network management, commission strategy, recruitment, compliance and reporting
• Commercial fluency: able to own revenue, CAC, CLTV, ROI and commission economics, and trade‑offs

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management, governance, and commercial performance of Avon’s affiliate programme via Awin.
• Drive programme expansion into new international markets and onboarding of platforms.
• Recruit, activate, and grow a diverse creator network across markets.
• Develop creator toolkits, campaigns, engagement programmes, and advocacy initiatives.
• Build partnerships with platforms, networks, and marketplaces to support growth.
• Own KPIs: revenue, traffic, CAC, CLTV, ROI, and profitability through testing.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, CRM, Social, and local markets for alignment.
