Job summary

World Vision International (WVI) seeks a Senior Advisor for Children, Digital and AI to strengthen our policy voice on children's digital rights and AI governance. The role engages across CLAD and GP&I to advance evidence-informed policy positions and coalition engagement within the Our Promise framework.

The position involves external thought leadership, multi-stakeholder engagement, and close collaboration with senior leaders to influence global debates on digital participation for children.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital rights and AI policy.
• Experience translating complex policy into advocacy content.
• Proven ability to work with multi-stakeholder coalitions and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and position WVI’s agenda on children in digital environments and AI.
• Track global policy developments relevant to children and AI/digital spaces.
• Produce high-quality thought leadership content and external statements.
• Represent WVI in external policy forums and alliances.
