Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery (CNN International) is seeking a Sales Assistant to support cross-platform advertising campaigns across its international commercial platforms.

The role ensures campaigns are delivered accurately from booking through reporting, working with Sales Planners, Managers and Directors within the CNN International Commercial sales team. You’ll contribute to smooth campaign delivery, admin account support, and ongoing relationship management while benefiting from a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Experience in an account support or campaign coordination role.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to track performance and produce clear reports.
• Interest in media and working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book cross-platform campaigns, ensuring timely activation and accurate scheduling.
• Monitor campaign delivery, identifying and resolving issues such as missing assets or sponsorship scheduling.
• Track revenue and campaign status to support forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare pre-, mid-, and post-campaign reports with clear performance insights.
• Support new business setup, including processing contracts and invoices.
• Maintain records of bookings, creative assets, client deliverables, and payment statuses.
• Provide ongoing administrative account support to ensure smooth campaign execution.
