Job summary

Biocair is seeking a highly organised Accounts Payable professional to join the Global Finance team. You will process supplier invoices across international regions, maintain strong supplier relationships and support controls and improvements in the AP function.

Reporting to the Global AP & Treasury Manager, the role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working with Cambridge office presence is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or similar financial processing role.
• High accuracy when handling financial information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Sage X3.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices across multiple regions and currencies.
• Review, code and post invoices in company systems.
• Investigate cost discrepancies with Ops and Costings teams.
• Resolve supplier disputes and queries in a timely manner.
