LemFi is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to own end-to-end vendor payment processing across the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, and other entities, handling multiple currencies and GL codes. You’ll work with NetSuite and Tipalti, ensuring accurate coding, timely payments, and clear communication with vendors.

You will support monthly close, maintain vendor master data, and contribute to automation efforts while ensuring tax compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Accounts Payable or transactional finance role.
• Hands-on experience with AP/ERP systems; NetSuite and/or Tipalti preferred.
• Comfortable processing across multiple currencies and entities; multi-jurisdiction exposure is a real advantage.
• Working knowledge of VAT and sales tax concepts (reverse charge, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills: lookups, pivots, data cleanup, reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Process and control vendor invoices across multiple entities and currencies in Tipalti and NetSuite.
• Perform first-line GL coding, cost-centre allocation, and tax coding (VAT, reverse charge, RCS).
• Run and support payment cycles: verify bank details, currency, and approvals; respond to vendors and stakeholders.
