Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global A2R Strategy Manager to modernize Account to Report processes across multiple countries. You will drive finance process transformation, automation, and data-enabled innovation, leading end-to-end initiatives from problem framing to benefits realization.

You will collaborate with technology, data, and finance teams to deliver scalable, governed capabilities, improve data quality, and strengthen controls while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in finance, accounting, or Account to Report activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance transformations.
• Strong data and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of targeted A2R processes.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify root causes, quantify impact, and prioritise improvements.
• Translate business needs into scalable process, data, automation, and technology requirements.
• Partner with technology, data, architecture, and data science teams to deliver governed capabilities.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve cycle times.
• Manage cross-functional integration points and dependencies across A2R and related workstreams.
• Establish governance and KPIs to sustain process adherence and compliance.
• Lead change management to enable adoption of future-state processes.
