Job summary

You will lead initiatives from problem definition through deployment, adoption, and benefits realization, working with finance stakeholders to deliver simplified, standardized, and automated processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in finance, accounting, or related business experience including accounting processes, financial reporting, or Account to Report.
• Experience delivering process transformation or cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through deployment, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence across a global organization.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership presentations.
• Ability to operate independently in dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset to anticipate challenges and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of targeted A2R processes.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify root causes and quantify impact.
• Translate needs into scalable process, data, automation, and technology requirements.
• Collaborate with technology, data, architecture, and data science teams to deliver fit-for-purpose capabilities.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Manage cross-functional integration points and dependencies across A2R, SigniFi releases, and adjacent workstreams.
• Establish governance and performance monitoring including KPIs, controls, and issue triage.
• Lead change management and enablement for future-state processes and capabilities.
