Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in finance, accounting, or related business experience.
• Experience delivering finance process transformation from problem definition through deployment, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights and requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and collaborate across a global organization.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership; manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of targeted A2R processes with standardized practices.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify root causes, quantify impact, and prioritize improvements.
• Translate needs into scalable process, data, automation, and technology requirements.
• Partner with technology, data, architecture, and data science teams to deliver governed capabilities.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality across A2R activities.
• Manage cross-functional integration points and dependencies across A2R, releases, and adjacent workstreams.
• Establish governance and KPIs, controls, and audit readiness to ensure compliance.
• Lead change management and enablement for future-state processes and capabilities.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure value delivery within scope and timeline.
