FBR Construction Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a respected Hampshire external envelope contractor. The role covers PVCu, timber and aluminium windows, curtain walling, and related glazing works.

You will read CAD drawings, mobilise projects, plan resources, and lead installation teams on multiple live sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong budgeting, client communication, and safety leadership, with a track record of delivering on time and within

• Effective budgeting, planning and progress reporting on multiple live projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from mobilisation through installation to completion.
• Coordinate installation teams and labour requirements across up to 4–6 live projects.
• Programme and plan works, ensuring resources and site procedures are in place.
• Oversee health & safety and quality control, including snagging and client liaison.
• Chair weekly progress meetings and provide full reporting on progress and issues to stakeholders.

A respected Hampshire based external envelope contractor has secured a number of key projects in the West country and now seeking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. Role; You will need to have a strong knowledge of PVCu, timber and aluminium windows and doors, curtain walling and associated commercial glazing works. Have the ability to read detailed CAD drawings. Manage projects from mobilisation through installation and completion. Making sure and ensuring works are planned, resourced and delivered effectively. Coordinate installation teams and labour requirements. Programming of works. Oversee health & safety requirements and site procedures. Keeping on top of quality and snagging activities. Provide practical and commercial input to site and project issues. Lead and support installation teams of up to staff 4-6 live projects. Strong verbal and written communication with the client and all end users to resolve possible issues and maintain progress. Keeping projects within specified budgets and build programs.
