Job summary

Laddaw Ltd. is hiring Trainee and Experienced Technicians in the UK. Start dates from November 2026. A full UK manual driving licence is required.

Starting salary for trainees is £28,555 and experienced salaries can go up to £32,693.30 plus bonus potential. State-of-the-art tools and IMI-aligned training are provided to develop skills on the job. You’ll work approximately 40 hours weekly, with shifts across Mon-Sat and a rota in advance.

Qualifications

• Need to be a genuine people person who enjoys helping customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Proof of right to work in the UK must be provided.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same—based in a centre or out on the road meeting customers.
• Repair or replace vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry-leading tools.
• Deliver care and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and provide great service.
