Responsibilities

• To ensure that tables are cleared of all used glassware and empty bottles.
• To clean tables and wash glassware.
• To stock the bar and sort bottle skips.
• To clean spillages and breakages, ensuring broken glassware is removed to a safe area.
• To clean floor and bar areas as part of the close down procedure.
• To carry out toilet checks on a regular basis.
• To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times.
• Any other duties relevant and related to the post.
