Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Travel Branch Team Leader to manage our Glasgow branch, delivering excellent customer service and leading a small team in a busy high street store.

You will develop staff, oversee sales, operations and training, and contribute to marketing ideas while promoting product brands and travel destinations.

The ideal candidate has prior branch management experience in travel, a passion for people and travel, and a commitment to personal development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail travel branch as a Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Ability to develop and motivate staff while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and sales performance in Glasgow branch.
• Directly manage staff, training and customer service standards.
• Monitor and improve branch KPIs and destination/product knowledge.
• Collaborate on marketing ideas and business development.
• Represent the brand with excellent, proactive customer service.
