Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet).
• NVQ / QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
• Previous experience in a care setting.

• Manage day-to-day staff rotas and annual leave.
• Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies.
