• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Experience with the Full Planning Process, including knowledge of NPF4 and Local Authority Guidance.
• Experience preparing planning and building warrant applications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and technical delivery from concept through to completion.
