Qualifications
Knowledge of building systems, construction processes, building regulations, and NHBC standards.
Experience in reviewing and coordinating external consultants’ and suppliers’ information.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
Produce detailed construction drawings and technical documentation for all standard house types.
Ensure all drawings comply with building regulations, NHBC standards, and company requirements.
Work with structural engineers, suppliers, and regional technical teams to ensure design coordination.
Support the Group Architectural Manager in implementing quality control processes.
