Energy Jobline CVL is partnering with a well-established architectural practice in the Glasgow area to recruit a Project Architect. The role involves delivering across RIBA Stages 1-6 with a strong focus on technical delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

Applicants should be ARB-registered and proficient in Revit, with a proven ability to lead medium to large scale residential, commercial and defence projects from concept through to completion.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect required.
• Experience across all RIBA Stages.
• Proficient in Revit for technical delivery.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and with a team.
• Experience on medium to large scale projects preferred.
• Live in or around Glasgow or Edinburgh; clean driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through RIBA stages 1-6 with focus on technical delivery.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and models using Revit daily.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors while maintaining design intent.
• Mentor and lead junior staff when required.
• Contribute to residential, commercial, education and defence projects.

Our client, a well-established, award-winning architectural practice with Multiple offices are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding their team. The successful Project Architect will be working collaboratively with their Glasgow office. Architects based in Edinburgh are also encouraged to apply due to multiple sites & projects being based here.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Project Architect who enjoys putting buildings together and has strong experience across all RIBA Stages and with technical delivery skills. You'll initially be focused on high-quality residential projects but will also have the chance to work across a diverse portfolio, including bespoke residential, commercial offices, refurbishments, new builds, defence, and MOD projects, with values ranging from £5m to £30m, and larger developments up to £120m+.

• Competitive salary ranging between, £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
