Qualifications

• Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review for litigation matters.
• Proficiency in legal research to support case strategy and preparation.
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions for personal injury and related claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet court and internal deadlines.
• Experience working in a law firm or legal environment, ideally within litigation or personal injury.
• Comfort with legal case management systems and standard office software.
• Commitment to client care, confidentiality, and ethical professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Personal Injury and, where required, manage case files and assist with court-related processes.
• Draft and organize legal documents, conduct legal research and review case materials.
• Prepare pleadings and motions for personal injury and related claims.
• Maintain accurate records and timelines for multiple ongoing matters.
• Liaise with clients, courts, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather information.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure matters progress efficiently in collaboration with solicitors.
