Clyde & Co is recruiting a Paralegal / Senior Paralegal to join the Volume Motor team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will manage a large caseload, handle proceedings from start to trial, and draft pleadings and statements for court. The role requires strong communication and liaison with insurers and counsel.

Experience in Motor/RTA litigation is essential; you will work within a client-focused, collaborative environment and support the team in delivering timely updates and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with motor/road traffic accident litigation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of roughly 70 files at any time.
• Manage all procedural steps from issue to trial.
• Draft pleadings and witness statements for court.
• Value personal injury using JC Guidelines and case law.
• Attend conferences with counsel as needed.
• Liaise with claimant solicitors, courts, and insurers.
• Maintain timely, accurate management information.
