Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking staff to join the administrative support team on a financial review project for a professional services firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment with scope to learn and develop new skills.

Two night shift patterns are available, both based in Glasgow. Weekday Night Shift includes 7pm–7am on Mon–Wed; Thu 7pm–7am and Fri–Sun 7am–7pm, with start dates in April/May and a pattern through December 2019.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the products against which PPI complaints are made.
• Excellent analytical and letter writing skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant general banking experience internal or externally.
• Highly organised and confident to use multiple banking systems.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Driven to achieve targets and take ownership of workload.

Responsibilities

• Research, gather and collate data relevant to the customer complaint using in-house banking legacy and 3 rd party systems.
• Gather information to deadlines and quality standards whilst maintaining customer outcomes.
• Communicate with clients through written correspondence.
• Liaise with the investigations team and senior managers.
