  • Communicate with clients and third parties to follow up on outstanding information.
  • Prepare and send relevant correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming queries related to mortgage applications and provide timely responses.
  • Assist with compliance checks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and track the progress of applications, ensuring deadlines are met.
