In this role you will develop plans, coach the team, maintain impeccable visuals, and uphold grooming standards to reflect the brand's premium image. A passion for beauty and strong leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Set individual and team sales targets and communicate with the Retail Artists to achieve them.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and genuine enthusiasm for the Company’s performance.
• Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and create a memorable customer experience.
• Coach and provide feedback to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards in service and artistry.
• Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; grow the customer database for direct marketing opportunities.
• Develop individual and team development plans and conduct regular reviews with two-way feedback.
• Foster a positive team culture through meetings and collaborative management.
