Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Band 6 Upper and Lower GI Oncology Dietitian based at North Middlesex University Hospital. You will join a supportive Oncology Dietetics Team, delivering specialist nutritional care to patients with GI cancers across treatment pathways.

You will assess and plan nutrition support during surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and recovery, work within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to service development, education and research,

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with NHS Dietitian standards.
• Experience in oncology nutrition is desirable.
• Strong clinical skills in nutritional assessment and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nutritional care to patients with Upper and Lower GI cancers across treatment pathways.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support patients through surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and recovery.
• Contribute to service development, education, training and research within oncology dietetics.
