The successful candidate will liaise with customers in Germany, oversee system installation and maintenance, and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English language skills required.
• Degree qualification (or equivalent) in Electronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, and site visits.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist with integration of onboard systems and software.
• Assist with system installations, upgrades, and retrofits at customer sites.
• Work with customers, integrators, and internal engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Create and maintain customer databases, documentation, and technical records.
• Deliver technical training to customers and colleagues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Travel regularly to Germany and occasionally internationally to support customers and projects.
