Alvarium Talent is seeking a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner with 5–10 years of in-house experience to join our London-based team on a hybrid basis.

You’ll work with fast-growing management consultancies, taking ownership from day one and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions with autonomy and collaboration.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships with clients and candidates while contributing to a high-performing, supportive TA function.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in-house talent acquisition experience
• German language skills
• Strong relationship-building and active networking abilities
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-starter with responsibility and drive to progress quickly
