Job summary

Alvarium Talent is seeking a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner with 5–10 years of in-house experience to join our London-based team on a hybrid basis.

You’ll work with fast-growing management consultancies, taking ownership from day one and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions with autonomy and collaboration.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships with clients and candidates while contributing to a high-performing, supportive TA function.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ in-house talent acquisition experience (ideally within professional services, consulting or advisory)

• A self-starter who is comfortable taking responsibility and wants to progress quickly
