MDD Forensic Accountants LLP in London seeks a German-speaking Senior Accountant to join our forensic team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or finance, pursue ACA/ACCA/CIMA, and bring several years of experience in public accounting.

This hybrid role involves working with clients on disputes, valuations, and litigation support. Responsibilities include data analysis, document examination, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure court-ready conclusions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or finance, or work experience equivalent.
• Working towards or already awarded ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Several years accounting experience, ideally in a public accounting environment.
• Native German language skills essential due to role requirements.
• Experience in forensic accounting is highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Analyze sales, production and other accounting data.
• Perform physical inventory observation and price testing.
• Examine source documents pertinent to engagement.
• Check and proof reports and schedules.
• Conduct interviews to obtain information.
• Prepare preliminary draft of report narratives and schedules.
• Analyze and reconcile claims to final calculations.
• Develop preliminary assignment programs and conduct data analysis.
