Job summary

DarcyBrook Procurement & Supply Chain is seeking a Buyer fluent in German to source components and spares for engineering and manufacturing. You will identify European and global vendors, negotiate prices, and prepare quotations while placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

You'll collaborate with internal warehouse and logistics teams, maintain strong supplier and customer relationships, and manage inquiries to uphold service standards and quality across the supply

Qualifications

• Fluent German with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience sourcing components, equipment and spares for engineering/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable prices and terms with suppliers.
• Proficient in preparing quotations and processing orders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with European and global vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and process purchase orders.
• Track orders to meet delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain supplier and customer relationships while handling inquiries.
