German speaking Nursery Assistant (part-time)

If you are a German speaker interested in working with children or looking to get into childcare, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, a dynamic early childhood education centre, is seeking a passionate German speaking Early Education Assistant to join their team 3 days per week, on a temporary basis until the end of June. The role is dedicated to providing a bilingual environment for young children (ages 2-4).

Whether you are a graduate or already have childcare experience, don't miss out on this enriching German speaking role. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Look after and supervise children throughout the day
2. Supervise nap times and meal times to ensure a safe and calm environment
3. Assist with getting children dressed and ready for the day
4. Engage in play activities with children to support their development and learning
5. Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised environment
6. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
7. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

About you:

• The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.

You must be a fluent German speaker and interested in using it daily in the workplace. No previous childcare experience or qualifications are needed. The client can be flexible regarding whether you prefer a permanent contract or short-term/temp work, so do not hesitate to reach out if you are interested.
