Bilingual Part-Time Customer Service
Languages required: German, French, or Spanish
Location: Milton Keynes Office Based
Salary: £28,000 Pro-rata

Our luxury goods client is seeking a Bilingual Part-Time Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about providing excellent service and going the extra mile. You will join the expanding E-commerce team, handling internet orders. Your primary role will be to deliver first-class customer service via email and live chat, as well as assist in processing orders and returns. You will work closely with key members of the E-commerce and Operations teams in a rapidly growing business environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries primarily via email and chat.
  • Prepare pick tickets for received orders.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with couriers regarding shipments.
  • Create manual web orders.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure product consistency across the website.
  • Coordinate orders within internal systems.
Desired Attributes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to urgent inquiries.
  • Effective communication with internal departments.
  • Professional telephonic and email manner.
  • Confidence in speaking with a diverse customer base.
  • Interest in sporting goods or fashion is desirable.
  • Technical experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus but not essential.
