Job summary

PER is seeking a German-speaking Associate or Senior Associate to join its Investor Relations team. The role involves preparing investor reporting for EMEA, analyzing portfolios, and supporting client communications and marketing efforts.

The candidate should be fluent in German with strong English skills and have experience in professional services or wealth management, plus solid project management and research abilities.

Qualifications

• Native proficiency in German and strong written and verbal English.
• Experience in investor relations or client service within professional services or wealth management.
• Proven project management skills; able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Strong business writing skills; ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Knowledge of private markets and institutional clients/consultants preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized and deadline-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM databases and proprietary software systems; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate ad-hoc and recurring reporting for EMEA investors.
• Review and analyze investor portfolios using in-house quantitative tools (cash flow & NAV planning).
• Collaborate with firmwide teams to create client communications and collateral materials.
• Support marketing efforts including RFPs, due diligence materials, and presentations.
• Manage tracking database for prospective clients and monitor investment discussions.
