Adams Street Partners seeks an Associate to join the Investor Relations team in London. You will support EMEA IR activities, collaborating with teams across Adams Street to deliver timely client communications and data-driven insights for prospective and existing clients.

The role requires strong organizational and client-servicing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Travel may be required to attend meetings and events across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in research, data management or client service in a professional services firm (1–2 years).
• Knowledge of private markets and institutional clients preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English; German preferred, other European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and coordinate ad-hoc and recurring reporting for EMEA investors.
• Analyze investor portfolios using in-house tools, including cash flow and NAV planning.
• Collaborate with firm-wide teams on client communications and marketing materials.
• Serve as point person for the Investor Portal and maintain client records.
• Support RFPs, due diligence materials and presentations for marketing efforts.
• Assist market and prospect research across the EMEA region to identify opportunities.
• Manage tracking databases to identify prospective clients and track investment discussions.
• Collaborate on special projects related to client portfolios and strategic initiatives.
• Develop internal processes to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality investor communications.
• Gather competitive intelligence and monitor industry events and trends.
