The role involves assisting Relationship Managers, coordinating client meeting materials, and managing investor onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the financial services sector, have excellent relationship-building skills, and be fluent in both German and English. This is a full-time mid-senior level position located in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year(s) experience in Financial Services, ideally in IB, PE or asset management.
• Understanding of the Asset Management and Private Markets industry.
• Precision and accuracy in handling investor data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining client relationships in the DACH region.
• Coordinate and produce presentation materials for client meetings.
• Manage investor onboarding and transfer processes.
