Job summary

Gilson is seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales Account Manager to join our European team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will work with laboratories, researchers, universities, and innovative companies across Germany to promote pipettes, liquid handling solutions, consumables, benchtop equipment, and calibration services.

You’ll build relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage quotes and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Confident communicating by phone and video.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and social selling.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Support existing customers and grow use of Gilson products.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
• Maintain opportunities and customer information in CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and Customer Service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to sale.
