Percepta is hiring a German bilingual Customer Success Manager to support automotive SaaS customers from our Dunton, Essex office. This full-time role combines proactive account management, product support and coaching to maximise value and reduce churn in the German market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with SaaS products or technology-based solutions.
• Automotive industry experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Drive product adoption and engagement across the customer base.
• Provide coaching, product guidance, and training to customers.
• Support account retention initiatives and help reduce customer churn.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support customer success.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks and opportunities.
