Kenton Black Limited, based in Central Lancashire, seeks an Accounts Assistant to support the German overseas entity in a hybrid role with one day in the office. You will manage day-to-day transactional activity, liaise with the German finance team, and contribute to month-end tasks while developing within a growing group.

The ideal candidate is a finance professional fluent in German, with transactional finance experience and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken German.
• Strong experience in transactional finance.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team.

Responsabilités

• Raise customer invoices and process payments for the overseas entity.
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions across Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end tasks.
• Process intercompany transactions and travel/employee expenses.
