Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join a growing IT-based group, supporting the German overseas entity with a hybrid working pattern (one day in the office). The role focuses on day-to-day transactional activity and offers exposure to a cross-border finance operation within a respected UK head office.

Reporting to the finance lead in Germany and based in Chorley, you will raise customer invoices, process payments, manage AR/AP, perform bank reconciliations, assist with

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken German.
• Experience in transactional finance with ability to work autonomously and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Raising customer invoices and processing payments for the overseas entity.
• Managing all day-to-day financial transactions across Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with month-end tasks where possible.
• Processing of intercompany transactions.
• Processing of travel expenses.
• Inputting of employee expenses.
