Job summary

Kenton Black Limited seeks an Accounts Assistant to join a growing team, supporting the German overseas entity from the UK. The role is hybrid, with office presence required, and reports to the finance lead in Germany.

You will handle day-to-day transactional activity within a small team, liaising with the Chorley-based group finance function. Ideal candidates are experienced finance professionals fluent in German, with part qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills required for professional communication.
• Strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Raise customer invoices and process payments for overseas entity.
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end tasks.
• Process intercompany transactions and travel/employee expense reimbursements.
