Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is offering a fixed term 4-month post for Resident Doctors in Older People and Stroke Services across three hospital sites. You will work with a multidisciplinary team on Acute Receiving, Acute Assessment and Rehabilitation medicine, on the IMT/GPST level rota.

Applicants should have UK ALS certificate and demonstrate evidence of Foundation Training or equivalent; the post supports CPD, QI and teaching of medical students, with educational supervision and

Qualifications

• UK ALS certificate is essential.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of completion of Foundation Training or equivalent.
• This is a fixed term post for 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Join a large team of Resident Doctors in Older People and Stroke Services.
• Work on the three hospital sites gaining experience in Acute Receiving, Acute Assessment and Rehabilitation medicine.
• You will be on the IMT/GPST level rota.
• There will be opportunities to develop your CV in terms of CPD, Quality Improvement and Teaching of medical students.
