Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Exeter is seeking Band 5 Registered Nurses to join the Health Care for Older People team. Positions include permanent and fixed-term contracts across Kenn, Bovey, Ashburn and Capener Wards, with a focus on caring for frail older people, including those living with dementia.

Expect 37.5 hour weeks with 11.5 hour shifts, some day and night rotation. Interviews are to be confirmed.

Qualifications

• Experience with patients living with dementia is beneficial.
• Experience in acute medicine and end of life care would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to frail older people, including patients with dementia.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team with good communication.
• Be flexible with hours and be open to part-time requests.
