Job summary

Ford & Stanley Group is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer in Milton Keynes to join a growing ground engineering and asset preservation specialist delivering innovative solutions that strengthen and support infrastructure with minimal excavation.

You will work with experienced leaders on diverse projects including ground improvement, resin injection, highways, rail and bridge schemes, gaining skills in project delivery, reporting and client engagement while developing commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Geotechnical or civil engineering experience.
• Site-based engineering experience.
• Knowledge of ground engineering principles.
• Experience on infrastructure, highways, rail or construction projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear technical reports.
• Good organisational and planning abilities.
• Willingness to challenge assumptions and ask questions.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
