Job summary

Seequent is seeking a highly capable technical solutions manager focused on geotechnical information management and OpenGround. You will deliver demonstrations, lead implementations, and provide expert guidance to customers throughout their lifecycle to realise value from Seequent solutions.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and travel about 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a geoscience-related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Five or more years of experience in geotechnical engineering, mining, civil infrastructure, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the geotechnical data lifecycle and information management systems.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting complex data management solutions.
• Technical consulting, implementation, or customer-facing solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and webinars that align customer challenges with the right solutions.
• Guide product evaluations and trials to show how Seequent solutions address customer needs.
• Lead software implementation, onboarding, and coaching activities to drive successful customer adoption.
• Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering practical solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback, market insights, and product enhancement opportunities to internal teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test new functionality and support product evolution.
• Support product upgrades, feature releases, and go-to-market initiatives to maximise customer success.
• Bridge technical and business requirements by working closely with customers, sales teams, and developers.
