Aldwych Consulting Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Associate Geotechnical Engineer to join its London team. You will deliver geotechnical projects from investigation through design and construction support, mentoring junior engineers and engaging with clients.

The role includes responsibilities across project delivery, team development and client liaison. The position offers hybrid working, a competitive salary up to £70,000 plus benefits, a pension scheme, private healthcare and ongoing

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or related discipline.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartership with ICE, the Geological Society or equivalent.
• Strong consultancy experience within geotechnical engineering.
• Experience delivering projects across a range of development sectors.
• Strong technical reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience managing projects and supporting or mentoring junior engineers.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Managing geotechnical and geo-environmental projects from inception through to completion.
• Designing and supervising ground investigations.
• Producing interpretative reports, geotechnical assessments and technical documentation.
• Undertaking foundation, retaining wall, earthworks and slope stability assessments.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Managing project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Liaising directly with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Supporting fee proposals and contributing to business development.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the continued growth of the geotechnical team.
