SOCOTEC UK is seeking an Assistant Geologist / Engineering Geologist to join our Infrastructure division, supporting ground investigation and geotechnical services.
The role requires a geotechnical degree, a Full UK driving licence, and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will logging soils and rocks to BS5930:2015, perform in-situ testing, and help plan ground investigation projects.
Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification in a geotechnical discipline.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Logging soil and rock in accordance with BS5930:2015.
- Performing in-situ testing and sampling to current technical standards.
- Assisting with the planning and supervision of ground investigation projects.
