Job summary

Coffey, A Tetra Tech Company in Reading is seeking an Administrator to support geotechnical engineering projects. You will coordinate schedules, manage documentation, assist with invoicing and cost reporting, and maintain efficient project controls from the Reading office.

The role requires strong organisational skills, MS 365 proficiency, and the ability to liaise with project managers and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of integrated management systems and ISO accreditations would be beneficial.
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure or professional services teams would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, responsive support service to internal stakeholders and technical teams.
• Maintain schedules, trackers, reports and project documentation.
• Ensure records are accurate, organised and audit ready.
• Lead on project system management, invoicing, billing administration and purchase orders; support budget tracking and cost reporting.
