EPS Ltd - Connected Sustainable Thinking is seeking a Geospatial Operations Lead for a hybrid role based in Cambourne or Leeds. The role balances field aerial surveys with high-level technical architecture, QA, and growth of the survey division.

You will manage external partners, implement systems, mentor staff, and scale services across varied projects, including TLS, SLAM, and measured buildings. A strong background in Aerial Topo Surveying is essential.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in geospatial surveying.
• Ability to balance fieldwork with strategic leadership and growth.
• Experience managing external partners and project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the survey department and drive growth and quality.
• Balance 30–40% front-line aerial surveys with 60–70% technical architecture and oversight.
• Manage external partners and ensure EPS standards on all deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and expand the service offering across projects.
