Job summary

Neftex seeks a Customer Onboarding & Adoption Geoscientist to help customers maximize the value of their Neftex subscription. This role blends geoscience expertise with customer engagement, technical support, workflow enablement, and user training to ensure customers successfully adopt Neftex products into their exploration and subsurface workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geoscience or related discipline.
• Experience in exploration, subsurface or geoscience environments.
• Experience delivering technical support, user training, or customer-facing services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
